Morgiane Quartana is a lawyer in tax and customs law.
She assists its clients on all tax or customs issues they may encounter in the exercise of their activity in order to provide them with security and adaptation in the face of a rapidly changing tax environment.
In addition to an advisory activity and tax review and audit missions, it provides its clients with support during tax audits at all stages of the relationship with the tax administration as well as in tax and customs litigation before administrative and judicial courts.

Morgiane Quartana is also used to dealing with client exchanges with the tax authorities, particularly in the context of rescription requests, claims and disputes related to State aid.
Beyond the local sector, Morgiane is required to intervene on international issues, in particular for the support of individuals or companies with tax obligations in France.
Since November 2021, Morgiane has been working jointly at In Extenso Avocats and In Extenso Experts-Comptables, in a branch dedicated to tax law in Toulon. The integration of Morgiane within this branch makes it possible to propose to VSEs, SMEs and individuals of the PACA region the intervention of a multidisciplinary and interprofessional team composed of professionals of the turnover and the law (Lawyers, Accountants).
Before joining In Extenso Avocats, Morgiane worked as a tax lawyer at Deloitte Société d’Avocats, within a Parisian team specifically dedicated to VAT and Payroll Tax issues.
