We assist company directors, creditors, administrators and legal representatives at all stages of the procedure. If the situation forces a director to be placed under court protection, we can offer support at this critical stage.

Our expertise means we can assist company directors in all disputes arising from insolvency proceedings, notably liability claims. We also work with candidates looking to take over all or part of an insolvent company.
